Naphtalie Azor
Founder and Managing Attorney
Naphtalie ‘s passion and commitment to social justice has led to the founding of Azor Law. Naphtalie has extensive experience fighting for individuals subjected to employment discrimination, whistleblower retaliation, police brutality, excessive force, and prisoner abuse. Naphtalie began her career as a prosecutor in Brooklyn, New York. Naphtalie moved to Florida in 2020, and since then has dedicated her career to fighting for social justice, through her representation of employees facing discrimination and retaliation from their employers, prisoners facing abuse at the hands of corrections officers and families who lost their loved ones due to police brutality. In 2022 and in 2023, Naphtalie was recognized as Top 40 under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyers in the State of Florida by the National Trial Lawyers. In 2024, Naphtalie received the Super Lawyers Rising Star Award. Naphtalie has also received the Florida Bar's 36 under 36 Professionalism Award. Naphtalie is fluent in Haitian-Creole.
